Founder and CEO of Benchamark Capital and Southern Developments. Patrick brings over 20 years of experience in development management, specialising in residential and leisure real estate projects across the Iberian Peninsula.

Patrick has a proven track record of identifying, managing, and executing high-end residential developments for international investors, successfully deploying equity into carefully selected projects. His ability to identify prime investment opportunities has resulted in consistent, superior returns for his investors.

Hilmi Hamwieh

Senior Partner

Hilmi is the Founder and CEO of Estate Funds, specialising in real estate investment, development and value-add strategies. His expertise spans deal origination, financial structuring, capital raising and asset optimisation, with a proven track record in executing due diligence, managing development pipelines and repositioning underperforming assets.

His previous role as CEO and MD of Retex Co, a regional fashion and accessories group, provides him with sharp commercial judgement and operational discipline that enhance his approach to property development and asset management.

Ross Cooper

Junior Partner

Ross has over eight years of experience in corporate finance, advising on more than €800m of M&A, private credit and private equity transactions. He began his career in EY’s sell-side M&A team before joining the private capital group at SPARK Advisory Partners, where he worked closely with founder-led businesses and mid-market investors on strategic transactions and capital raising.

His experience includes leading transaction workstreams, financial modelling, debt and equity structuring, due diligence coordination and investor negotiations. Ross now applies this transactional background to Solera’s investment strategy, with a focus on opportunity sourcing, feasibility analysis, capital structuring and supporting the delivery of high-quality residential developments.
